Over 4,700 archaeological sites including 600 cliff dwellings. The Ancestral Puebloans lived here for 700 years. Cliff Palace has 150 rooms and 23 kivas. Abandoned around 1300 likely due to drought. The Balcony House requires climbing a 32-foot ladder. UNESCO site since 1978.
